<li>saturday
<ol>
<li>arrived at taipei around 4.30. hasyim was already waiting.</li>
<li>went to hasyim&#8217;s apartment, had a great meal&#8230;precisely nasi ayam if im not mistaken. thanks adda.</li>
<li>went out in searching for the crampon rental shop. we didnt know the name of the shop and went round and round Qi-Lan MRT station for it. It was already late and shops have closed.</li>
<li>failed to find crampon.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>sunday
<ol>
<li>went to DBK shop to rent crampon. The first shop only had 4 spikes and one set of crampon only. Had to go to the one at Qi-Lan MRT station. Rent 2 crampons.</li>
<li>rushed to taipei main station to get tickets to Yi-Lan. ticket cause around 325 one way to yi-lan as we pick the train that stops less.</li>
<li>after we bought the ticket, hasyim took us to a chinese moslem restaurant selling halal beef noodle (not so) near to taipei main station. very good food, big slice of beef and we were very full. had something like otak2 there. maybe shrimp paste.</li>
<li>rushed back to taipei main station and just in time to board on the train (like commuter train) to Yi-lan.</li>
<li>arrived at Yi-Lan around 4. searched for a budget hotel and found one for 800 NT for a twin bed room.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>monday
<ol>
<li>woke up early. cooked some breakfast. by 630 we already rushing to the Yi-Lan bus station.</li>
<li>bus arrived around 7 am and took us to shei pa national park in wu ling.</li>
<li>arrived at 10.30 am. had to walk to the police station to get authorization to climb from the police.</li>
<li>the police was kind enough to give us a lift to the trail head.</li>
<li>start trekking at 11.30 am.</li>
<li>by 1 pm arrived at chica cabin. stopped for an hour for lunch and zohor prayer.</li>
<li>arrived at sun liu jiou cabin at 8 pm. todd arrived earlier at 7 pm.</li>
<li>didnt have dinner. was starving in that freaking cold weather</li>
<li>sleep and woke up at 12 for jama&#8217; isya&#8217; and maghrib prayer.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>tuesday
<ol>
<li>had breakfast prepared by todd. scramble eggs, mash potatoe and chicken soup</li>
<li>todd going to the summit alone</li>
<li>i decided to descend. reason given, not enough energy due to starving last night&#8230;hahaha</li>
<li>start descend at around 11.30</li>
<li>arrived at chica at 3. continue to descend nearly at 4 pm.</li>
<li>arrived at trail head around 450 pm.</li>
<li>the ranger @ the trail head officer offered me a ride to the hotel.</li>
<li>had dinner at wu ling hostel</li>
<li>overnight at the farm house in shei-pa national park</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>wednesday
<ol>
<li>woke up early but lazying in bed. went out for breakfast at 8.30 am.</li>
<li>what a wonderful day. took a lot of picture on the way to the restaurant and otw back too.</li>
<li>todd arrives at the bus station at 10.30 and i was packing my bag and check out @ 11 am.</li>
<li>walk around the park, took picture with toddy.</li>
<li>went to the only shop in the park. bought some souvenirs</li>
<li>bus arrived at 2.30 pm and took us back to yi-lan.</li>
<li>arrived at yi-lan around 5 pm. rushed to the train station and take the first train to taipei.</li>
<li>arrived at taipei around 8 pm. helllo taipei girls. we are back in town <img src='http://ecotravelogue.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </li>
<li>was walking around the underground shopping mall while waiting for hasyim and dhani to pick us at the main station.</li>
<li>had dinner @ hashim&#8217;s.</li>
<li>hasyim took us for a walk near the taipei 101 district. went for a coffee break before going back home at 12 in the morning.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>thursday
<ol>
<li>breakfast @ hasyim&#8217;s</li>
<li>went out to chiang kai shek memorial hall</li>
<li>bought a dinasour for ahmad dhani. ala&#8230;forgot to buy something for lala lah.</li>
<li>went to taipei grand mosque</li>
<li>had lunch @ a moslem restaurant operated by too lady near taipei grand mosque @ 4 pm.</li>
<li>took MRT to hasyim&#8217;s place.</li>
<li>we went to Xi Men Ding tonight. Had a halal kebab and 50 lan bubble tea. the tea was great. like teh susu in malaysia but with bubbles. was looking for CF card but to no avail.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>friday
<ol>
<li>breakfast @ hasyim&#8217;s</li>
<li>went to taipei 101, it was drizzling.</li>
<li>the chicas @ taipei 101 were super pretty. looks like japanese.</li>
<li>had zero visibility at the observation deck.</li>
<li>bought some memorabilia from the souvenir shop.</li>
<li>went back to hasyim&#8217;s for lunch.</li>
<li>went to guanghua IT market. bought the much needed CF card although its kinda too late.</li>
<li>went to climb chee sing mountain at Yang Ming Shan.</li>
<li>the weather was awry, wind blows as if a typhoon was blasting taipei.</li>
<li>stopped at starbuck for a coffee on the way back from Yang Ming Shan.</li>
<li>dinner at another halal restaurant. had pancake and beef noodle.</li>
<li>after that, we go to massage center. everybody go for a massage treat. i had the shoulder and the feet massage. it was great. that guy really know how to give massage.</li>

<li>saturday
<ol>
<li>breakfast @ hasyim&#8217;s. thanks adda for the breakfast.</li>
<li>went to jade market. bought 4 jade bracelets and teas.</li>
<li>went to chiate and bought the pineapple tarts</li>
<li>went to a muslim thai restaurant. had a great lunch. thanks hasyim.</li>
<li>went to airport a bit late. departure at 3.55 and we checked in only at 3.10 pm. hahaha.</li>
